Providing quality customer service is an enjoyable and rewarding aspect of sharing our designs with you.

I read a quote by Mahatma Gandhi on customer service that defined for me Creatively Belle’s values about service to you, our customers.

A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption of our work, he is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider to our business, he is a part of it. We are not doing him a favour by serving him. He is doing us a favour by giving us an opportunity to do so.

Experiencing a Delay?

In the last few years the little stand-alone Creatively Belle computer has been attacked by viruses, had the C: drive wiped out, had ISP servers attacked by viruses and all of this has adversely impacted email communication, updates to the website and online services. I don’t want these problems to negatively impact you but sometimes I don’t have much choice with it all, and I am sorry about that. You can always call or text me to check on what’s happening if you have any concerns. So in case the technical gremlins decide to come out to play I’ll say sorry in advance for any delays.
