Experiencing a Delay?
Do please allow 3-10 days for delivery within Australia and 10 – 20 days for deliveries in other countries. If you’re experiencing a delay please let me know.
Over the years I’ve found that the weakest point in the system is often the little delivery notice cards left to let you know a parcel has arrived at the post office for you – they tend to blow away easily it seems. So if in doubt, please check with the local post offices (note the plural as Australia Post tends to have different ideas about which post office location is actually the closest to you than what you do!).
As for international orders, the delays can be with clearing local customs or the local equivalent of the little white and red cards. Thankfully all postal services are getting better with delivering parcels quickly.
