Shopping with Creatively Belle is Easy

Both Guests and Members can shop online with Creatively Belle.

PayPal is our shopping cart so you can use either your credit card or PayPal funds.

We use Australia Post for shipping and insurance both domestically and internationally.

This is to keep costs down and to provide a reliable shipping service.

The regular shipping is via standard Australia Post. We’ll happily insure your goodies for you so they can be tracked and replaced if lost in transit.

Shipping Details

We have a single flat shipping rate to anywhere in Australia via Express Post for any order of $10.50. International shipping is the same and insurance is optional and recommended.

Shipping via Australia Post Express Post usually takes 1 – 2 days within Australia, depending on Express Post delivery areas.

Shipping via Australia Post regular usually takes:

  • 5 – 7 days for shipping from Australia to the USA
  • 4 – 6 days for shipping from Australia to the UK and Europe
  • 1 – 2 days within Australia

We note 1 – 3 weeks for delivery in the PayPal tracking form as there can be postal system delays beyond our control.

Insurance is preferred for all items as it protects both of us and provides a tracking mechanism as the parcel has to be signed for on receipt.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is done twice a week – Tuesday’s and Friday’s. If an item is urgent do let me know and we’ll sort something out (don’t worry, no additional fees or anything).

We ship to anywhere is this wide and wonderful world of ours (and love the idea of the jewelry being so very well traveled!).


Insurance is available for all items. The standard insurance amount is $AU100.00 (to the value of one hundred Australian dollars).

For additional insurance coverage please email for a quote (and I’ll go to the Post Office and find out).

If you choose not to have insurance then you accept full liability for the items. That is, if they are lost in transit there will be no refunds or replacing of items. We strongly recommend the use of insurance.

Returns Policy

We have a very simple returns policy – send it back for a refund of the cost of the goods if you’re not happy. As the shipping is already spent the shipping costs are not refunded.

Do please include a note as to why you’re returning the item and the PayPal identity details so the transaction can be accessed.

All parcels are sent with our postal address but you can click here for it.

A Little Shipping FAQ

Question: What happens if my jewelry is lost in the mail?

Answer: If you choose to insure the jewelry then the cost of replacement is covered. If you choose not to insure the jewelry and take on all risks then the jewelry cannot be replaced.

I strongly recommend insurance is taken out to avoid any disappointments and it is also a very effective way to track the parcel.

Question: I have a friend visiting Sydney shortly, can she collect the jewelry for me?

Answer: I’m happy to be flexible and yes, it is possible to have the jewelry personally collected. I am available every weekend at and regularly carry my custom orders for market customers and your jewelry can be safely included with them. Payment needs to be made before collection and we need to liaise to ensure all three of us have the right details.
