So a study is being planned to see if a diet high in anti-oxidants reduce the effects of asthma.
Anti-oxidants foods include fruits, vegetables and whole grains. There are also a range of tea based drinks that are good for anti-oxidants. Smoking is bad for anti-oxidants.
