Creating Wellness in Your Day

Hey there,

When was the last time you had a great big belly laugh? Do you remember how good you feel after a great big laugh? Relaxed and happy inside, beeming and kind.

And with laughter being the best medicine having a good laugh as part of your normal life can create wellness in your daily life.

I find being ready to be pleased, delighted by something makes it so much easier to have expectations met in a positive way that usually includes laughing to be so much better than being grumpy and looking for things to be bad and crap.

So how about setting yourself up for having a good laugh? What makes you laugh? Maybe watching a funny movie with some friends? How about telling stories, playing charades or chinese whispers, playing dress ups with the kids – anything that is likely to make you laugh is a good thing to make happen this week!
