I must confess to being impressed with the decision to have General Cosgrove be a key part to the recovery from cyclone Larry.

My heart goes out to the people of FNQ with all that they are going through but at least we can all take comfort knowing that they are receiving serious help and assistance within only a few days and there was such little loss of life.
