As a small business owner I’m constantly having to learn new skills, find more effective and affordable ways to market my businesses and be part of my community so social media is an obvious path to explore.
And when I finally got my head around Social Media marketing I became a convert. It’s all about creating relationships with customers, sharing and promoting, in a gentle way, your brand and it’s free! Ha! Love it!
As part of my time at the Pop Up Project I’m running a series of events to help business owners develope the skills needed to make their businesses flourish.
The Social Media Marketing for Small Business Series is all about explaining what is social media and how to make it work for your own enterprises.
We’re putting on three information evenings that give the opportunity to learn, network, be inspired by creative business owners and their designs (do a spot of shopping too!) and enjoy some delicious wine and cheese.
Our sponsor is the Gift and Homewares Australia (GHA) because they believe that empowering small business owners is vitally important.
