Thread Conversion Charts

If you are anything like me you fall in love with a colour and enjoy working with different brands of threads (or floss). I keep track of my threads on a chart based on DMC colours and simply write in the other brand’s name and colour code so I know what’s in my stash. I am a bit of a Bower Bird with collecting colours, they make me happy!

Here’s the DMC Thread Sorter Sheet – I’ve adapted mine so it has extra columns for my notes.

Number of Skeins Required for This Project

The Skeins Used lets you check what is already in your stash so you can figure out if you need more and the Purchase is the rounded up number to buy if you don’t have the colour.
